The International Conference on Advances in Canine and Feline Genomics and Inherited Diseases alternates between Europe and the US. This year’s conference will be held in the Boston area, the birthplace of the American Revolution. We hope that this meeting will continue to revolutionize canine and feline genetics!
The conference will be held at the Broad Institute, the largest contributor to the Human Genome Project, and the sequencing center generating the canine genome and part of the feline genome. The Broad Institute is affiliated with MIT, Harvard and Harvard Hospitals and strives to enable biomedical science through collaborative and technological research.
The conference begins with an evening reception on Monday, September 23 and ends on Friday, September 27.
THE TUFTS' CANINE AND FELINE BREEDING & GENETICS CONFERENCE
The 6th Tufts' Canine and Feline Breeding & Genetics Conference will be held in Boston starting Friday, September 27th with an evening reception and ending Sunday, September 29th. The theme of the conference is Genetics of Breeds as Populations.
The LUPA consortium will have a meeting at the Broad during the day of Monday September 23.
